Kenya Outdoors Tours And Travel has partnered with Tour Operators Society Of Kenya members to make sure you explore & promote domestic tourism in affordable way.
We have decided to start with Mt.Kenya region as we explore & discover hidden gems of Embu & Meru County.

Day 1; Saturday
Departure from Nairobi
Stop over Chuka
Arrive at Mutunguruni village (home to the tallest tree in Africa). Photos and a brief history
Depart for Maara River Valley
Arrive at disembarking spot. Team briefing
Start off towards the confluence of rivers Igogwa and Maara. Hike through Maara River valley. Sights – white water falls, caves, rapids, cross the river at a natural solid rock bridge with underwater caves
Lunch at the river side next to a fresh water well
Arrive at Inanduru caves and start exploring, photo sessions, brief history , enjoy the breathtaking sights and sounds, discover another natural bridge, and explore the caves
Depart for campsite
Arrival at camp site
Dinner
Overnight camping with bonfire, interactive games, cultural dances, storytelling and music

Day 2; Sunday

Breakfast is served (special brunch to take us through morning exploration)
Depart for Kandakame Falls and caves
Arrive at Kandakame,explore the caves,Photoshoot etc
Depart to Embu County
Excursion at Nthenge Njeru waterfalls in Embu County .
Depart to Nairobi with a Stop Over in Embu Town
(If time allow we will enjoy swimming at Isaac Walton Inn)

What to wear?
– Casual slacks or cargo pants
