DKT Healthcare wishes to competitively recruit for National Sales Manager in the organization for Kenya market to join to help manage a team of field staff in order to realize the ambitious objectives the organization has set to achieve in 2017 and beyond.
Reporting to the Sales Director (Kenya), the Potential candidates must be individual with proven people skills, coaching, training and supervisory roles and ability to achieve tangible results from a team of a Key accounts manager, Sales Supervisors and Representatives in the team working across the country.
The position will be based in Nairobi but will be expected to extensively make trips other towns across the Country to support the team members and also to Nairobi for briefs. Reporting function will also be an important component of this job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To approach the market with aim of aiming to have the country team meet the sales targets in accordance with the organization sales strategy
To ensure managements objectives for the entire sales team is communicated clearly and followed up with proper implementation of the strategies
To oversee the management of key accounts in the country for maximum extraction from the sales process
To ensure country team members under them adhere to company standards for performance enhancement.
To coordinate sales meetings, collect valuable feedback from Team and monitor current market trends that help shape future activities
To evaluate and review performance of individual team members in the team against key performance indicators and recommend appropriate reward reviews to management.
REQUIREMENTS :
Basic degree in Social Science or Biological Sciences
Over five years’ experience in sales and marketing field
High moivation and ability to take up new challenges
Excellent leadership , negotiation and organization skills
Excellent soft skills set and most importantly people skills
Any experience in a pharmaceutical or FMCG company will be an added advantage
