011Security Development & Distribution Ltd is a young and innovative company in the security industry with special focus on the development and distribution of access control systems, time management and various services around door security to private and corporate markets.

We are now building up our future sales organization and is looking for 10 selling team managers who will work with sales, income, development, and building of teams, sales management, monitoring and motivation within their own geographical districts.

Team manager will be actively selling as team manager and responsible for themselves, team members and results within their geographic district and the administration and reporting to the Country Sales Manager.

The person we are seeking is a highly socially developed individual who has the ability to both listen, analyze, speak and communicate in a professional and businesslike manner. Team manager should have a great professional and private social networks to quickly achieve sales targets and team-building.

We are looking for energetic, self motivated, results oriented and career hungry individuals who want to make money in a serious and professional manner along with us.

For team manager and team members’ assistance, we are one of the most easy-selling products and services in which the sales process lasts between 5-15 minutes per customer.

We use probation period and you will have from day one be willing to pitch in and show your muscles to successfully become a team leader and source of inspiration for your future team members.
