Not sure if you are entitled to Kenyan citizenship? Would you like to become a dual citizen?
If you meet any one of the following criteria you may be able to become a citizen of The Republic of Kenya:
1. If you were born inside Kenya, and either your mother, father or both are Kenyan Citizens, you are deemed to be a “Citizen by Birth” and can obtain a Kenyan Birth Certificate, ID and Passport.
2. If you were born outside Kenya, and your mother, father or both are Kenyan Citizens; you are deemed to be a “Citizen by Birth” and can obtain a Kenyan Birth Certificate, ID and Passport.
3. If you were previously a Citizen of Kenya but renounced it, you may be able to regain your Citizenship.
4. If you have been married to a Citizen of Kenya for 7 years or more, you may qualify to become a Citizen of Kenya.
5. If you have been a legal resident of Kenya for 7 years or more, you may qualify to become a Citizen of Kenya
