Tasks:

-Present the solution to a group of prospects
-Be responsible for organizing marketing activities so as to attain sales targets stipulated
-Meet with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities of revenue growth.
-Help keep the team focused and on track
-Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
-Offer inspiration and training of clients and sales personnel to enhance personal and team target.

Experience

– 3 years + of work experience in a sales / coaching environment
– Experience with Microsoft office and
– Coaching and sales leadership position,highly desireable
– A degree holder in any business related field.

Retainer of 40,000KES + Commission + Bonus
