-Development and management of proposition, channel, communications and overall marketing and communications strategy for key customer groups and segments.
-Management and development of new and existing segment propositions/NPD to set us apart from competitors and build other agencies.
-Management and coordination of the association Customer Contact and Engagement strategy across the marketing mix to drive customer acquisition, retention, cross sales and engagement across all products and segments.
-Overall management and coordination of the association customer contact programme ensuring that key stakeholders are engaged in the process.
-Work with data analytics and market research outputs using insights to fully understand our customer base and individual segments, developing strategic campaigns and initiatives to support our growth strategy.
-Develop a detailed understanding of the key issues and opportunities facing our business from information provided by the customer across a number of channels e.g. complaints etc.
-Develop proactive strong working relationships with key internal customers to understand, agree and support their requirements.
-Full accountability to ensure that all activities are delivered in line with business objectives and within budget
-A fully qualified Marketing Professional with a Degree and a minimum of 5 years Marketing experience
-Experience in developing and delivering marketing/ communications/segment / customer proposition strategies
-Experience in using insights to develop new initiatives and strategies
-Line manager responsibility for staff and ability to motivate teams
-Strong communication / influencing skills
-Experience in dealing with external partners / agencies
-Ability to work to and deliver within tight deadlines
-A results driven self-starter with a high level of energy, self-motivation and attention to detail
