The beauty of modular architecture is that you can replace or add any one component (module) without affecting the rest of the system, it very easy and fast to use.

The container housing construction materials are mainly steel and composite materials, the impact on the surrounding environment is very little; and at the same time, container housing construction is realizing the full utilization of renewable resources.

Compared to the traditional way – the construction can reduce wastage of resources such as water, reduce construction waste by 60%, garbage by about 70%, the construction time is shortened by more than 40%, energy saving by about 50%, while the overall production efficiency is increased by 2-3 times.

At the same time container architecture is a durable, high security solution for any use. An international standard shipping container load-bearing capacity reaches 1.7 tons /square meters, wind resistance reaches level 10, seismic grade 8. The structure of the container when lashed down is capable of withstanding category 5 hurricanes with ease. It has been reported even that during very powerful tornados, storage containers if secured to the ground are the only structures that survive.

 Shipping container dimensions need not be a restriction since multiple units can be adjoined to create large areas of internal space as needed. One significant advantage of utilizing ISO containers for conversion projects is the worldwide standard infrastructure that can be accessed for economical shipping, railage, trucking and handling in general. We provide a service for updating Container Safety Certification (CSC) requirements to allow international shipping movements to continue where applicable.
