Duties and Responsibilities:-
1. Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquires
2. Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients
3. Handling and resolving customer special orders via mail or phone.
4. Communicating and being aware of all courier locations.
5. Dispatch of product to customers through our couriers.
This is a commission based position that will also attract some target based retainer and bonuses.
