Customer Service Officer Required
Our client, a startup small professional services firm, is looking for a competent customer service officer to join their team.
The successful candidate is expected to juggle between customer service and office administration duties to ensure smooth running of the firm’s operations.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting in marketing the firm’s products and services.
Receiving and welcoming clients.
Receiving and vetting service orders before handing to back office team.
Offering secretarial/document reproduction services [photocopy, printing, binding, lamination etc.] to the firm’s clients.
Receiving and receipting customers’ payments.
Handling customers’ queries and complaints.
Handling outgoing and incoming telephone calls.
Monitoring assigned e-mail accounts.
Conducting customer surveys and research.
Writing articles on assigned topics.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Handling procurement of office supplies.
Performing online research on assigned topics and writing reports.
Performing general office clerical duties and errands.
Document filing and maintenance.
Maintaining inventory of office equipment.
At least two years experience in a similar role.
Good written and spoken English.
Good writing and research skills.
Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
Diploma or above in a business related field.
