INTRODUCTION:
ASILI Community Development Initiatives is CBO founded and led on Christian Faith with the goal of empowering the community for a better civilization. We are currently based in KIAMBU county – RUIRU town and endeavoring to integrate with organizations and individuals of similar goals to advance empowerment initiatives national wide.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The ASILI Community-based E-Learning Centers will be established in major town centers around the country to conduct ICT enhanced alternative education programs to re-engage out of-school youth and adults. The centers serve as venues where people in the community can learn new skills and competencies. Asili ELC aims to help reduce the digital divide and enhance the capacity of individuals in the community to be successful participants in a global and knowledge-based economy.The initiative responds directly to a national development priority and brings digital opportunities and ICT for learning to formal schools.

E-LEARNING FACILITATORS:
We are seeking to recruit, train and allocate E-Learning & Table Banking Facilitators within the limit of Christian faith to be the e-learning change agents as facilitators in the 47 counties in a gradually organized roll-out of two years. The selection process is rigorous and competitive, combining an e-learning test, application, face-to-face induction sessions, table banking administration and management training and finally Placement. Join over 60 community facilitators who will be deployed to the first five counties across the country well empowered to transform multitude of learners as educators and empowerment agents to the communities.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Applicants to the program must be at least 22 year old Kenyan nationals who are:
Verifiable people of Christian faith who can be entrusted with genuine service to humanity
Passionate about community service, considering themselves the next generation of leaders
Motivated, driven, hardworking, disciplined, brave and adventurous individuals looking to make a difference in their own lives and those of others
Recent Kenyan University graduates from any discipline, actively searching for a fulfilling experience of service to the community and for personal development

THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
The procedure involves application, induction session and face to face interviews for shortlisted candidates training and deployment for the finalists.
