This house comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom lounge and kitchen.
Entering from a 16 meter squared veranda/porch, into a 20 square meter lounge, at the far end of the lounge you have a 10 square meter bedroom which could double as an office or study, next to the bedroom is a 7 square meter fully fitted kitchen.
Next to the entrance is a staircase leading to the first floor.
On the First Floor to the left is a 20 square meter large master bedroom, straight ahead is a 10 square meter 3rd Bedroom. To the right you have the 7 square meter family bathroom.
As mentioned the house comes with a fully fitted kitchen, windows internal and external doors.
How does homes4africa work? When you place your order it, it is confirmed by our office in Kenya and again by our head office in the USA. Once the order has been received by the factory a further email is issued, it takes approximately 1 day to manufacture a house, but sometimes the factory requires a 3 week lead time depending on how busy they are. Once the house is ready for shipping a further email is sent. It then takes approximately 2 weeks to ship the house in a container to Kenya. It is then dependent on how quickly it can clear customs.

Our houses are designed to last 70 years but we say that due to urbanization most housing estates undergo redevelopment every 70 years or so.
