” Hebrews 13:16 Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.”

Anne Mugure is a teacher at Percy Davis Special School- Kambiti.
Shared the story of Wanjiku who was amongst the few students who had the school as their only home. She had been brought to the school after caregivers at Kandara Children’s home noticed that she had special needs.

Last year, the school management thought it would be great if they tried to trace the families of those students who were not in contact with their people. Around the same time Wanjiku’s mum who has special needs as well came to look for the school and she gave details of where they live. Anne(The Teacher) was assigned to take Wanjiku home and ensure she re united with her family.
It is when she got there that she learnt of the state in which the family lives. Grass thatched hut, no toilet, no beds, in short, they lacked the most basic things.
When Anne shared the pictures with her daughter Wambui Nganga , She thought she could try and improve their lives.
She is therefore seeking help from family and friends to ensure she raise money to build them a decent brick house, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and buy simple furniture.

Wambui is part of Kenya Kenya Outdoors Tours And Travel family & we are requesting your help to make Wambui help them….Soon after the hike #KenyaOutdoors will organize a visit to that needy family!
