Project Coordinator

Primalinks Networks an ICT infrastructure build company, is seeking to hire a project coordinator who will be reporting to the General Project Manager. He/she will be responsible for coordinating projects owned or financed by Primalinks Networks.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide leadership of projects and coordination of the internal project teams and supervisors on site to ensure high efficiency and quality of project delivery.

• Site co-ordination of subcontractors to ensure that all project activities are implemented in line with client’s requirements and specifications
• Oversee regular monitoring and tracking of projects at the site to ensure compliance with framework, schedule and budget
• Interact with key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Oversee project reviews of financial reconciliations of work done and outstanding works

Qualifications
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
• A bachelor’s degree in Project management, IT engineering, telecommunications, Business Management or related field from a recognized university
• Higher Diploma in project management or related field with 5 years’ experience
• Diploma in project management or related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience
• Driving licence with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Strong leadership skill with high level of integrity, professionalism, motivation and commitment
• Excellent planning, organization, analytical, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Team player and result driven
