Shrink wrap machine is used in a free sleeve or enveloping of loose polyolefin shrink film around a product, and the heat shrinks the wrap firmly around the product. The result is a tight, crystal clear wrap around your item. Shrink wrapping is typically stronger than alternative wrapping solutions like overwraps or stretch wraps. They also conform more tightly to the product shape, usually simply producing a thin amount of plastic over the perimeter of your goods
The wrapping machines consist of the following machines:
Tube Multipack Stretch or Shrink Film Bundler.
Bundled package size range of: Length 30mm – 350mm; width 12mm – 200mm; height 50mm – 300mm.
Utilizes polyethylene shrink or stretch film approximately 10″ web widths.
Lexan interlocked guarding.
80 Psi compressed air.
Has a Siemens S7-300 PLC. 3/60/460V.
