T&V-Immobilien
The T&V-Immobilien was founded in 2005. The first development projects were in the Würzburg and Stuttgart in Germany. By 2009 about 35 residential houses had been built and more than 45 homes sold. The company has extensive experience in the design of modern luxury homes, building and construction of real estate projects and obtaining relevant building permits, licenses and approvals as well as undertaking any other legality concerned with property ownership and property transfers. T&V-Immobilien deals with buying and selling of high-quality, modern real estate models in prime locations and in international markets.

GIT Finance
The GIT Finance was established in 2004 as an international company in the field of financial services. The business activities of the company are especially focused on foreign currency financing and the provision of comprehensive financial consulting services. Its core competence is the optimization of investment structures with favorable Return On Investment (ROI). GIT Finance has developed a set of analysis and simulation tools that enable an optimized financial product as well as an active risk management to be realized for the benefit of the investor. The company has an extensive network of contacts in several European countries and Russia.

The teams of the two companies are using their expertise in the field of engineering, building & construction and procurement of properties in Kenya on one hand, and financial services, access to international clientele and marketing on the other.
